Staying at B+B Edinburgh
Introduction...
The B+B Edinburgh is a privately owned boutique bed and breakfast offering our discerning guests 4 star accommodation in the heart of Scotland's capital city. In addition to our award winning style, B+B Edinburgh also offers a fully licensed bar where our guests can relax with a cocktail or unwind with a beer. We have 22 bedrooms, the grades of which range from single to Family Suite. The building has a Grade II listed facade with 4 floors and the hotel offers a lift to all floors for the convenience of our guests.
Pre-arrival
B+B Edinburgh is situated on Rothesay Terrace just a couple of minutes walk from Princes Street. The closest rail station is Haymarket, and from the station the hotel is about 5 minutes by taxi which will cost about £7.
On arrival
Check in time is 14:00 hrs and we will always try to have your room ready for your arrival. You are welcome to check in anytime, but if your room is not ready before 14:00 hrs then we can store your luggage for you. Check out time is 11:00 hrs. Full payment for your stay is taken upon arrival.
Entrance and reception
The hotel entrance is at the front of the building on the main street. Simply make your way up the five small steps at the front of the building and through the main entrance doors. The Duty Manager will check you in and answer any questions you may have. We are always on hand to help you with your dining requirements, arrange taxis, recommend visitor attractions etc.
