The B+B Edinburgh is a privately owned boutique bed and breakfast offering our discerning guests 4 star accommodation in the heart of Scotland's capital city. In addition to our award winning concept, B+B Edinburgh also offers a fully licensed bar where our guests can relax with a cocktail or unwind with a beer. We have 22 bedrooms, the grades of which range from Single to Family Suites. The building has a Grade II listed facade with 4 floors and the hotel offers a lift to all floors for the convenience of our guests.

The B+B concept is the brainchild of a group of like-minded professional hoteliers who have rewritten the rules for a new style of Bed and Breakfast hotel for the 21st century.
